All sticker purchases will be sent via USPS letter (a stamp), and may take anywhere from 3-5 days on average to arrive, but also as long as 10-14 days. No tracking information is provided for these items. If you would like to pay for a tracking number for your sticker order, please contact us at cgarzaarte@gmail.com with your order number. Customers are expected to cover the extra cost for adding a tracking number to their sticker order.

Processing times for all orders are anywhere from 24 hours to 14 business days (not including weekends). Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be e-mailed to your as well as an e-mail confirming your shipment. All orders are mailed through United States Postal Service or UPS, and customer will be notified via automatic shipment confirmation once order is fulfilled.

If a customer does not add the correct address, it is the customer's responsibility to e-mail cgarzaarte@gmail.com with their order number and the correct address within 24 hours of placing their order. If your order is shipped out to the wrong address, you can contact USPS to intercept your package, as well as pay their extra fee for doing so. If a customer's order is returned to CGARZA ARTE for any reason (i.e. wrong address, unable to deliver, etc), the customer is responsible for a new s shipping payment. Orders will NOT be refunded and customers will forfeit their order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges, as all items are custom made, handmade, and made to order.

All custom orders and wholesale orders must be paid IN full before CGARZA ARTE begins the order, for the exception of custom piñata orders (50% deposit as stated on form.)
