Our Store Policies
No information is ever given out. All personal information stays confidential between the customer and CGARZA ARTE.
All sticker purchases will be sent via USPS letter (a stamp), and may take anywhere from 3-5 days on average to arrive, but also as long as 10-14 days. No tracking information is provided for these items. If you would like to pay for a tracking number for your sticker order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. Customers are expected to cover the extra cost for adding a tracking number to their sticker order.
Processing times for all orders are anywhere from 24 hours to 14 business days (not including weekends). Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be e-mailed to your as well as an e-mail confirming your shipment. All orders are mailed through United States Postal Service.
If a customer does not add the correct address, it is the customer's responsibility to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with their order number and the correct address BEFORE shipment, meaning ASAP. If your order is shipped out to the wrong address, you can contact USPS to intercept your package, as well as pay their extra fee for doing so.
There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges, as all items are custom made, handmade, and made to order.

All custom orders and wholesale orders must be paid IN full before CGARZA ARTE begins the order.
